Section 67
Not to carry on business or join property in partnership
(1) An insurer shall not engage in any business or associate property in partnership with its director, immediate family of the director, basic shareholder, person with financial interest, any firm, company or organization or executive head of which the insurer or its director is a managing agent or a shareholder.
(2) Before the commencement of this Act, the insurer has carried on any business in partnership with its director, immediate family of the director, fundamental shareholder, person having financial interest, any firm, company or organization or executive head of which the insurer or its director is managing agent or shareholder, or any If the property is attached, then within six months from the commencement of this Act, you must separate your business or property from such business or property.
